On December 14 2011, The Achille Castiglioni Foundation was born to protect and safeguard the world that centered on Achille Castiglioni and more than 6 decades of his professional career. He originally worked in partnership with his brother, Pier Giacomo; from 1968, he continued his

design mission on his own. Today, studio Castiglioni is a creative workshop where memories of the past provide the lifeblood of the daily activities organized to safeguard and promote Achille Castiglioni's cultural legacy and his design method. The story of the projects unfolds in the very place they were invented through exhibitions, meetings, presentations, workshops, events. Guided tours of Achille Castiglioni's studio allow visitors to enter his world immortalized with designs, images, technical drawings, historical documents, original sketches, anonymous objects.
